The AnuSoul Show: Season 1, Episode 1 - Ditch Fear. Become Love.Read More
When you judge yourself, judging others is just a step away. And why?
Think about it. Ever been in this situation in which you feel not very good about yourself and you meet up with a friend. Suddenly the friend starts gossiping about another, perhaps mutual, friend.
"Can you believe it?", he or she says, "She literally broke up with the guy and started dating the next guy five minute later".
Now, here you are, feeling crummy, but the moment you hear this, something gets sparked in you. "Wow" you think excitedly to yourself "There are actually people out there that are even more unworthy than me", and the act of judgement makes you feel so much better about your own short-comings and your own life.
It makes you feel superior over others.Read More
Judgement sucks, like, literally. In my last blog article, we've established already that judgement is an issue.
And, that, unless you are a humanoid alien, who is highly evolved on all spheres of being and calls your home planet Enlightenment, you, like me, probably also have a guy called Mr. Critic who works overtimes and judges, like, ALL the time.
This dude is a serious workaholic, and I mean -honestly- who hired this dude, anyway?Read More
Whether you like unicorns or call yourself Jodine or none of these things, chances are that your inner critic is just as exhausting as mine. As enlightened as I would like to be, I have to also admit that whoever hired this critic dude did well, because he sure is working overtime.
Surrender - Once again I am reminded of the power of surrender. Unfortunately, in our 21st century society surrender is not very much encouraged. Quite to the contrary – due to iPhones and other technological gadgets we can control and predict EVERYTHING in our life. From what we want to eat and when we want it to be delivered, when we want to wake in the morning, to the logistics of who we want to date, which hair color they have to have, what size and what height. We have a plan for our life and we are determined to follow through, come what may. If, for whatever reason, there are bumps in the road, we instantly think we’ve been forsaken. Often we tend to start out on a path of non-acceptance. Like a small child in a candy store we a have a temper tantrum, we scream:, “Why isn’t it working out like I want to?!? I want it, I want it, I want it my way.”Read More
What remains in the end of this lifetime is not our material achievements and work. The main question we will have to face on our deathbed is how much we loved. We won’t be asked if we were Catholic, Jewish, Buddhist or Atheistic. What we will be asked, however, is how much did we love? That is the true common message of all religions. He who loves is like the Divine. She who loves is Light. “God is Love and whoever remains in Love, remains in God and God remains with him.”, reads the Bible. To truly love from the center of your soul and heart means to recognize the Divine.Read More
Suffering does not mean failure. Some people are fighting their suffering, because they perceive it as a punishment. Shockingly, some people even believe that they deserve their pain and suffering, often caused by illness; deserve to be sick and miserable. Where does this assumption come from?Read More
If there ever was a Big Bang, then consciousness was integrated into its structure from the beginning. It has evolved over billions and billions of years and through time and space and it is continuing to evolve. In us humans it has reached a point, in which we are able to experience something higher and bigger outside of ourselves. We call this mystical or transpersonal. This is why more and more people are awakening.Read More
People get stressed when they work. Turn work into play, because then there won’t be distress. In Sanskrit “Lila”, which is pronounced “leela”, roughly translated means “play”. It is the activity of the Divine. The Divine is always playing.Read More
When I journeyed to India I was looking for a reset button, a piece of enlightenment and some healing. The true healer is one who can relieve suffering and I found amazing gems of wisdom the almost two weeks I spent in this to me foreign, yet strangely familiar country that is also one of the most spiritual places on planet Earth. While I was there I discovered an amazing teacher and healer, Dr. Satyanarayana Dasa, who is also referred to as Babaji. Listening to his lectures was a healing experience beyond anything I have experienced thus far.Read More

…from heart to heart and soul to soul: May you have a blessed, prosperous, healthy and good year 2017!
In my last article, I mentioned that 2017 vibrates on the number 1 energy. What exactly does that mean?
In numerology, the number 1 resonates with energies such as new beginnings, success and creation. In 2016 many of us worked on completing and fulfilling karmic, old patterns and habits, clearing out everything and everyone that no longer served us (or not at that moment, anyway).
However, 2017 lifts us to a whole new level of consciousness, and after much trauma, pain, and drama, we are finally ready to let the past go and move on to the next stage.Read More
This ritual is a beautiful way to clean out the old and make room for the new. It is rooted in European pagan tradition, in which it was thought that the veils between this and the other dimension between December 24th and January 6th are especially thin.
The Germanic pagans believed that on Christmas eve a portal to the spirit world opened and hence, guides and other entities of the other dimensions are better able to assist us as we clean out old energies and make wishes for the new year.Read More
The new year 2017 is upon us.
As I am writing this, we are almost entering the last 24-hours before a new, fresh year is going to bless us with many more experiences, joys, sorrows and enlightenment.
In my own experience, the last days of an old year tend to be especially introspective. On a personal level 2016 has definitely turned out to be one of the most challenging years for me personally marked by a lot of grief, disappointment, bitterness, but also many a-blessing. It’s always interesting to see that everywhere I turn I hear such similar stories to my own and it does not matter where on this planet.Read More
So what the hell is the Saturn Return, anyway?
As promised in my last article, here comes the answer. By the way, did you know?
Michael Stipe, lead singer of R.E.M., wrote a song about it and Gwen Stefani even named an album after Saturn Return. Your Saturn Return happens every twenty-eight to thirty years. So if you are reading this and you are in your late twenties or early thirties and have – let’s say - been feeling slightly ungrounded lately; in search of an anchor…Read More
Finally, I find some time to write to you. I am back from the land where the sun rises and it was wonderful to gain some space and perspective. It’s also wonderful to know that you are doing much better now compared to the last time we spoke. How’s life? Are you happy? I do hope so.
Today I want to write about love and betrayal. The love I offered and the betrayal I received in return, as well as the blessings that resulted out of the betrayal.Read More
The first time I heard about Saturn Return I was convinced I had already been through it. Ironically, the man who told me about it, should also become the failed relationship which triggered one of the darkest, most transformative yet exciting and blessed phases of my life. My Saturn Return had begun.Read More
